The collection includes financial records, travel records, and stories about the teachers’ experiences in Ghana and Nigeria, correspondence with the Hershey Foods Corporation, records on the teachers, orientation materials, ads used to advertise and recruit for the Teachers for West Africa Program, newsletters, documents regarding the “phase out” of the program, and artifacts brought back to Elizabethtown College from Ghana and Nigeria. All of these materials are about the Teachers for West Africa Program.
